5. Use of the “Risk Assessment Form” to propose reasonably 
practicable controlled measures
6. DfS register and Safety & Health information that is
​required upon projection completion
1. Roles of all stakeholders under OSHCIM (DOSH)
2. The DR Process (RULE 1,2 and 3)
3. Use of “HIRARC, DOSH"
4. Differences between Contractors' and Designers'
“Risk Assessment Form” 

5. Use of the Designers' “Risk Assessment Form” to propose reasonably 
practicable controlled measures
6. Preparation of PCI, CPP  

7. SHF that is required upon projection completion
